Can my guests upload photos without downloading the app?
Images will automatically upload to the album, organized by the date they were taken, thanks to our metadata reading technology. This way, everything is classified clearly and accurately. In less than 10 seconds, anyone can contribute their memories, regardless of age or tech level.
How do I create the QR code to invite others?
Very easy. When you create your album, we give you a personalized QR that you can print, project, or share via WhatsApp.
Plus, we include a collection of themed templates so you can customize your QR with wedding designs.
How long does the album last? Does it expire?
Every time you create an album, we give you 12 months of private and secure cloud storage. During that time, you can upload, save and share memories without limits. At the end of the year, you can easily renew it or, if you prefer, choose 2 years from the beginning with a discount.
Is it a subscription?
No. All prices are one-time fees, with no monthly payments or automatic renewals.
How are my photos automatically organized?
Our technology detects the exact date and time of each photo thanks to intelligent metadata reading. This allows each image to be placed in the correct stage of the event (preparations, ceremony, dancing, etc.) automatically and effortlessly.
Who can see my memories? Are they private?
You decide who accesses your album. You can:
- Invite people and remove them whenever you want
- Activate a mode where only you or administrators can see the photos, even if other users upload content
- Control at all times who uploads, who sees, and what stays
What happens to my photos if I delete the app?
Your memories are never lost. They remain safe in the cloud, even if you uninstall the app or change phones. You can access them again from any device whenever you want.
Can I download my photos or videos later?
